(“www.jbondins.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including SMS/text messages made with any notification system, and you agree to be bound to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
Likewise, by checking a box to sign up for, or enrolling in a program to receive, marketing messages—including SMS/text messages made with any notification system (together with transactional messages, the “SMS Service”)—you agree to be bound to the SMS Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to enroll in the SMS Service. To enroll, you must provide a mobile phone number where you are either the subscriber or the customary user authorized by the subscriber.
When you provide your mobile phone number to J. Bond Insurance Agency online, over the phone, via SMS/text, or through any other means, you consent to receive:

SMS/text message services are provided on an “AS-IS” basis.
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. J. Bond Insurance Agency, its service providers, and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The content of our messages may not be available and viewable on all mobile phone carriers. If your wireless carrier does not permit text messages, you may not receive them.
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with our SMS Service, as determined by your mobile carrier’s rate plan.
Under no circumstances will we or our affiliates be responsible for any text messaging or wireless charges incurred by you or any person with access to your wireless device.
To stop receiving SMS/text messages from J. Bond Insurance Agency, reply with STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE to the number sending the message.
⚠️ Note: Our SMS platform may not recognize unsubscribe requests that do not consist of only the word STOP. We and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor such requests.
After opting out, you may re-enroll in the SMS Service at any time by providing the required consent.
If you change or deactivate the mobile phone number you have provided to us, you must update your account information to prevent us from inadvertently communicating with someone else.
If you wish to continue receiving SMS/text messages at your new phone number, you must resubscribe using the consent process described above.
We may update these SMS Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be indicated by updating the "last modified" date at the top of this document.
By continuing to use the SMS Service, you agree to any changes made to these terms.
